Adrian Titieni

Adrian Titieni is a famous Romanian film and theater actor, director, screenwriter and producer. He was born on June 6, 1963 in Bistrita, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1988. In 1984, he plays second role in the movie Pas în doi. Other notable roles in Colivia(2009), Bacalaureat (2016), Ilegitim (2016). Play on the stage of the theaters ”Odeon” and ”National I.L. Caragiale” in Bucharest. Rector, University Professor Doctor at the National University of Theater and Cinematographic Art “I.L.Caragiale”. In 2016, he was awarded the Bayard Award for Best Actor at the International Francophone Film Festival in Namur, Belgium and the Chicago National Film Festival with the Silver Hugo Award for Best Actor. In 2012, he was awarded the Gopo Award for Best Male Performance

Andreea Vulpe is a Romanian film and theater actress and director. She was born on May 10 1961 in Bucuresti, Romania. She graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1989. In 1985, she plays second role in the movie Confessions of Love. Other notable roles in films Restul e tacere (2007), 6.9 pe scara Richter (2016) and Closer to the Moon (2014).

Oleg Karpenko was born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine. He studied acting at Actors Studio at Odessa State Film Studio.

Oleg Karpenko

Oleg Karpenko was born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine. He studied acting at Actors Studio at Odessa State Film Studio. Before he got steadily involved in acting job, Oleg had also worked as a radio and TV presenter. Being fluent in English Oleg often gets cast to play foreign characters in Ukrainian films and for the past few years his acting experience expanded to international projects. Oleg Karpenko has done a number of commercials among which there’s a collaboration with a Canadian film director Tim Hamilton. Aside from acting job, Oleg does voice-over for film and TV (Ukrainian State TV channel UATV) and coaches at a private film school.

Michael Schäfer

MICHAEL SCHÄFER is an actor, screenwriter and director living in Cologne, Germany. Born and raised in a family devoted to the theatre, from a very early age on he had strong bonds with theatre and film. After taking his A-levels, Schäfer became a drama student and graduated from Wiesbaden Drama School. He had various acting jobs at theatres all over Germany, among them at the Komödie am Kurfürstendamm Berlin, the Theater Görlitz, the Clubtheater Berlin and Komödie Düsseldorf. Furthermore he featured in TV series, shortfilms and commercials. At the same time Michael Schäfer started making his own shortfilms. In 2001 he set up Filmweide e.V., an interest group giving young filmmakers a platform. From 2008 to 2010 he worked with Banu Davrak in the scriptwriters’ group KURZ & LANG Filmwerkstatt. Schäfer’s short films featured in several festivals worldwide and have been awarded for instance with the F. W. Murnau Filmpreis 2006 (for MARIES LÄCHELN / DISTANT MEMORY). He has directed stageplays like THE BEAR & THE PROPOSAL by A. Cechov and now NIPPLEJESUS for the English Theatre Düsseldorf. For more information on Michael Schäfer see www.schaefermichael.de

Anca Similar is a theatre and film actress and a voice teacher. She served as associated professor at the Faculty of Theatre and Film in Cluj Napoca.

Anca Similar

Anca Similar is a theatre and film actress and a voice teacher. She served as associated professor at the Faculty of Theatre and Film in Cluj Napoca. She holds a BFA in acting and a BA in theatre science and she obtained her MS at USI, Switzerland and she holds a PhD in Theatre. She performed in more than 80 plays and 11 long and short movies. Her last short “Summer planning”  won The Heart of Sarajevo award at Sarajevo International  Film Festival, Best script award at Tel Aviv International Film Festival in 2022, Best student film award at International Film Festival in Pula, Croatia Student Competition,  the CILECT prize, the critics award at Cinemaiubit International  Student Film Festival Bucharest, Best producer prize for a Film school at  IPIFF Indie  Prizes Romania and  the film was one of the shortlisted films for Best Live Action at BAFTA student Awards 2022. 

In 2022 she released the book “Breathing techniques for stage arts”.
